By aiming to create a balance between offering excellent customer service and ensuring that its call centers cover their costs through increased sales, Kyivstar has optimised its Call Center approach to such an extent that it recently won a regional award for best customer service at the recent EMEA Contact Center World competition in Lisbon, Portugal.
