KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah said on Tuesday that terrorists and criminals were better trained and had more weapons than the law enforcement agencies (LEAs).
Speaking at a meeting with members of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), the chief minister said that the authorities had been controlling the law and order situation with insufficient resources.
