Inspired by Julien's childhood, when he and his sister have been taken care of by an Italian Household while his parents worked in their hotel and restaurant business in the South of France. Julien has always had a passion for all things Italy, and throughout the break, he re-ignited this passion attending an Italian Cooking Demonstration.
