According to an ISPR press release, fighter jets assailed seven militant hideouts in the village of Dagan. The thirteen terrorists killed in the attack include foreigners among them. A large part of Miranshah has also been cleared from terrorists in the ground and aerial offensive that continues as part of the ongoing Zarb-e-Azb operation in North Waziristan Agency.
In the three weeks of military offensive, a huge stockpile of explosives and heavy weapons have been recovered from the militant-occupied region.
Nearly 600,000 people have fled the offensive in North Waziristan, which is aimed at wiping out longstanding militant strongholds in the area, which borders Afghanistan.
