Recipe:
1 oz gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz 2:1 simple syrup
2 oz Champagne
Instructions:
Shake first three ingredients with ice.
Add Champagne to shaker.
Strain ingredients into a Collins glass filled with cracked ice.
