No, it is not just a simple sprinkle print background. These plugs actually have real rainbow sprinkles encased inside with a cupcake charm. The photo shown is size 7/8" (22mm). The size of the cupcake charm will always stay the same. So if you order a size larger than what is pictured, you will have a lot more sprinkles showing though.
