Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi, Oscar Fernandes and Motilal Vora were on Thursday (June 26) issued a summons by the Magistrate court in the National Herald case to appear before it on August 7. Suman Dubey and Sam Pitroda have also been summoned in the case. A petition in the National Herald case had been filed by Subramanian Swamy in which he has accused Sonia and Rahul Gandhi of criminal breach of trust, appropriating land belonging to the National Herald.
