Jolie hits Japan, Rogen reacts to North Korean criticism

Angelina Jolie hit the red carpet in Tokyo on Monday (June 23) to promote her film, "Maleficent." The actress greeted hordes of fans lined up along the red carpet, posing for photos and signing autographs. Jolie then addressed the crowd as a whole before doing a little fairy magic at a mock castle built for the event. The film, which opens across Japan in July, has already earned more than 521 million dollars worldwide.

Seth Rogen has responded to recent comments from a North Korean official criticizing his new film, "The Interview." An "unofficial" spokesperson for Kim Jong-un spoke with the "Daily Telegraph" and panned the movie - which features James Franco and Rogen as a news team recruited to assassinate the North Korean leader. In the article, the spokesperson said despite the criticism, Kim Jong-un would probably still see the movie. Rogen took to his Twitter account, writing, "Apparently Kim Jong Un plans on watching #TheInterview. I hope he likes it!!"
