I guess
beasts have a civilisation
very different from what we think it to be.
A handful of darkness
that seeps into the world of Man,
(if I am allowed to say so)
may be a stranger to them.
I guess
beasts have a civilisation
because they live to help others live.
No child in their world
wakes up at midnight
to see its Mom torn apart.
They have not yet learned
to suck blood
out of a dead rat.
And their world still
embraces the Sun...

I guess
they have a civilisation.
