Meteorologists are experts when it comes to predicting weather patterns, but that doesn’t mean they don’t get panicky like the rest of us when a natural disaster strikes.

Recently, cameras were rolling when Oklahoma City’s KOCO 5 meteorologist Danielle Dozier was delivering the forecast. As she calmly talked about the weather for the upcoming days, the news station was rocked by an earthquake.

Once things settled down, Dozier announced what she felt was well over a 4.0 magnitude earthquake. And her unscientific estimate was absolutely right.

Experts later determined it was a 4.2 magnitude earthquake. Dozier recovered quickly after the occurrence and continued relaying the forecast.

In another incident from earlier this year, KTLA anchors Chris Schauble and Megan Henderson were going over the news when the building started shaking. Both announced they felt the quake and climbed under the desk to ride out the aftermath.
