Juan Olivarez - I Am An Old Fool In Love With Love

I am an old fool in love with love.
I love to hear birds sing,
I love to hear bees buzz.
I love moonlit nights,
And young lovers,
Walking in the park,
Lost in each others eyes.

I am an old fool in love with love,
That cute little cherub,
With the bow and arrows,
Has nothing on me.
I love flowers,
On valentines day.
I love rings in spaghetti plates.
I love Bogart and Bacall,
And jimmy Steward, and Grace Kelly.

I love lovers on one knee,
Pleading their case.
And I love the tears,
And the 'yes I wills.'
I am an old fool in love with love.
If there is anything,
More glorious than love,
I have never found it.
And I am an old fool in love, with love.
