How to Make the Peruvian Wish Cocktail

In this first episode of the Luxardo Liqueurs - More Than Maraschino video series featuring Master Mixologist Francesco Lafranconi, learn about the history of the 6th generation Italian family owned company and surprise your guests with a Peruvian Wish.
Francesco's wish is that Pisco become one of the best selling spirits in the world. Thus, the Peruvian Wish Cocktail was born. In the style of a Negroni, Francesco builds on the Pisco base with Luxardo Maraschino as well as Luxardo Amaro Abano to create a complex but accessible drink that brings Peru and Italy together.

Recipe
1 1/2 oz - 45 ml Peruvian Pisco
3/4 - 22.5 ml Luxardo Amaro Abano: http://bit.ly/VTedd9
3/4 - 22.5 ml Luxardo Maraschino: http://bit.ly/PDZtki

Instructions
Stir ingredients with an ice sphere or large ice cubes.
Strain into a a chilled cocktail glass over previously used ice sphere or large ice cubes.
Garnish with grapefruit peel and lemon balm.
