Will you be the one to stay because you care

Will you be the one to say you will always be there

because when I look at your face and the smile I hope to see

is a smile that would bring my life a little more ease

to lift me out of a spiraling slump to put me back on my feet

it's as easy as just looking at you knowing you're looking at me

i don't think people understand the true power of what a smile can do

it can be as simple as warming you're heart to making you happy when you're felling blue

so the next time that I'm feeling upset filled with doubt and fear

i know the only medicine that i need is to see you smiling from ear to ear
