In my life war is yelling at each other, calling each other stupid for no reason.

Not that there is a reason in the first place.

War is calling people out of their name and blaming it on alcohol. In my life war can be so many things.

Such as yelling at each other cuz were mad or throwing things at each other.

War is taking your frustrations out out on one another cuz its the only way you know how.

healing to me is writing things down so that I don't remember them and I can move on with my life.

Healing is free writing its how you view the world. Its how you become a stronger person.

healing is yelling into a pillow to get rid of the pain you feel. Its having courage to tell the person that they're causing you pain.
