i stand helplessly,
as he walks towards me,
my heart is racing,
it's pulsating,
inside my chest,
his fists by his side,
strong and ready for a fight,
my palms are trembling, sweating and clammy,
i have no one to run to- no mummy no daddy,
his grin is merciless,
ready to pulverise me,
the teachers believe,
that he is a tease,
it makes my stomach churn,
that someone so spiteful could turn,
into an innocent being,
lik you or me,
just to please the believing eyes,
he doesn't care about who he hurts,
as he grows he gets worse and worse,
as he throws that fatal punch,
i try and duck,
i avoid the fist of fury,
it just makes him angry,
like a caged wild beast,
coming after me,
i have nowhere to run or hide,
i have to obide his rules,
stand still,
no free will,
and let him penetrate my feeble body,
so nastilly,
he kicks my shin,
my knees fold in,
i fall back on the floor,
i am left in awe,
i'm powerless now,
too weak to move,
i need to face up to the fact that i am going to lose,
my self esteem is rock bottom,
this chapter in my life will not be forgotten,
because even when its over,
if you ever give in,
you'll always believe that the bully wins.
