ROBERTA (My darling twin daughter, when she was 12 yrs old)
Radiant and sweeter than all that grows
O wond’rous daughter, my heart's rose
Beauty within you shines so bright
Each smile is your dad's delight:
Roberta, you have gifts and talents all your own
To dazzle the world where’er you roam;
A hug and love will welcome you home.
LAKEN (my darling twin daughter,12)
Lovely and gentle, sweet as the breeze
An angel of light, happy to please:
Kindly her heart, clever her mind
Eager to learn, keen to find
No one will fool this wonderful child.
SCOTT (My diamond boy 7)
So charming a jewel, so brave a wee lad
Carries the name and the pride of his Dad:
Others will envy him, some will admire
The wit and brains he takes from his Sire! !
Taller and tougher he’s got – don’t mess with SCOTT! ! !
