Oh Father of the Golden gate
Look down on those you love
On we who share this earthly fate
Who strive to rise above
the fallen streets of fallen souls
The bitter chains of sin
We try to cast off mortal goals
Thy favour, for to win
To live in your eternal light
And bathe in love’s warm flow
