REDEMPTION

Inside a storm beckons with intent,
to call out all demons within thee.
Blood begins to thin while her flesh crawls,
frightfully she defied circumvent.

To call out all demons within thee,
became a test of revelations.
Fear controlling her mind, she whimpers,
becoming the prime soul inductee.

Blood begins to thin while her flesh crawls,
intense fear arises the surface.
Disallowing anyone near her,
escorted by the one down hell's halls.

Frightfully she defied circumvent,
desperately brought her to her knees.
Seeking for total redemption,
heaven versus hell, cry o' lament.

Demons from within have been released,
exulted, she sang for the deceased.
Skin rejuvenated a pale glow,
past hauntings anchored down below.

Author's Notes:

I had another restless night and my daughter said I was talking in my sleep. I had told her before if she found me talking in my sleep and felt like recording me talking to get a pencil and paper and jot down what she could understand...

This is what she wrote down word for word:

storms of demons

mommy says her skin is crawling

scared of demons with in

When I woke up I was sweating profusely and curled up in a ball, with my arms tightly wrapped around my legs and my legs pulled up to my chest, rocking back and forth. All I can remember is that I woke up feeling redeemed and seeing my daughter crying brought real tears to my eyes for I knew it was a dream that neither of us will forget.
