Innocence arrived on a late train
Carrying a cargo filled with pain
Defiance got off at the last stop
Leaving growing memories to rot
Deliverance is at the diner car door
Foolishly thinking it could get more
Ego has excessive baggage to unload
When it punched its ticket down the road
Rebellion is riding first class
Ready to kick any pain in the ass
Hope has settled in the back of the caboose
With the fear of never getting loose
So have we let innocence ride too far
With the substance of an empty storage car
But what is even so bizarre
Innocence should be our shining star
