Dude Food - Chicken Wings

Fried Chicken Wings with Homemade Hot Sauce Recipe

24 wings
1 gallon of water
1 gallon canola oil (for frying)
salt to taste

Bring seasoned water to a boil and simmer the wings until they are fully cooked (about 5-7min)

Remove the wings from the water and let them dry and cool off.

Once the wings are cool they are ready to fry

Fry the wings at 350° for about 4-6 minutes or until desired crispiness

Coat the wings in homemade hotsauce

Hot Sauce
4 cloves of garlic minced
½ red onion minced
10 fresno peppers sliced
½ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp rice vinegar
⅓ cup lime juice
¼ cup water
1 tbsp soy sauce
¼ lb butter

In a medium sauce pot melt the butter and add the garlic, onion, peppers and sweat until they are soft

Add the remaining ingredients until fully combined

Place all ingriedeints in a blender and blend on high until smooth

Season to taste.
