Imagine you walked into your local KFC, ordered your favorite chicken dish, and then, as your eating your lunch and chatting with your friends, you looked down at your chicken and saw a BRAIN! KFC analysts (those exist?... and why??) determined it wasn't a brain, which would have been too small, but simply a chicken kidney. While this is less gross, it's still not what anyone is ordering. It all funnels back to that all important question when dealing with big restaurant chains: do you know what you're actually eating?
