Emera Knaake - 'Heaven will know not' By Emera

With all the darkness that lies in a heart,
A lighthearted message gets easily torn apart,
For awakening in this realization kills hope from the start,
I walk free from the regrets,
In past loves did I advance.
From scorned eyes did tears bleed,
And all of this a message to be sent in repeat.
Blades run along skin,
catching a nik upon wasted kin,
For pain defines pleasure,
And in blood do we find joy.
Is it sick to cast this number upon those we employ,
Comfort is a casualty upon which men do devise,
I smile at this pain,
The devilish look in my eyes.
Casting no thought,
I walk with bangles on my neck,
the chain swinging from the hands that kept.
They own my soul,
For a dime a day,
Never do I recieve this toll,
In which they do so pay.
Watch me as I bleed the excitement it shall reign,
For I play the part of victim to allure a new prey.
And as this battle rages onward,
A dancers fight is made.
For this victim that lies before,
Was merely a facade to make you seem strong,
Before you are forced to beg.
