Sooner Or Later All Of This Will End (Shakespearean Sonnet)

When it comes to the State of The Union
I begin to feel a little distressed
It makes me want to go buy me a gun
Although I say that as a playful jest

What could the politicians be thinking
How many people are going through hell
What consequences will their actions bring
I think all of them should be thrown in jail

I hope that all of this ends really soon
So that the union can get back on track
Or will there be a showdown at high noon
Too see if the number of votes will lack

Sooner or later all of this will end
Though will the tear in the government mend
