The new Valentino flagship store is located in the heart of Shanghai's financial district and covers an astonishing area of 790 sq m spread on three floors.
The main theme is the colour that has always symbolized Valentino: RED, which is also a key nuance in the Chinese culture and is the unifying element between the fashion house and China.
To celebrate the new boutique, the second biggest after Milan, the fashion house has created a Shanghai specific collection that was unveiled yesterday in the Chinese city with a big fashion event.
The runway of the special collection was a display of lace, see-through fabrics, flowers, studs and camouflage prints.
At the party so many celebrities wore Valentino, as Chiling Lin, Xingyu Lu, Du Juan, Xian "Cici" Jejin, Xiao Wen Ju, Carina Lau, Ni Ni, Elisa Balbo and Niki Chow.
