After the 2012 attacks in Benghazi that resulted in the deaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, then secretary of state Hillary Clinton ordered initiatives that include a new 10-week training program for agents heading to high-threat posts. The third class to undergo the training test their skills in a three-day life-like capstone exercise, complete with AK-47s and car bombs.
