Rolling Stones band members Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts visited Jerusalem's Western Wall Tuesday (June 3), ahead of a first-ever concert scheduled for Tel Aviv. Accompanied by bodyguards and surrounded by fans and paparazzi, the two long-time stones band members autographed albums for an avid fan before they were whisked away in black vehicles with heavily-tinted windows. Presumably, they were given a tour of a tunnel that runs underground alongside the Western Wall, a site holy to Jews who believe it to be the last standing remnant of their ancient temple. The wall borders the Haram Al-Sharif compound which is holy to Muslims, houses the Al-Aqsa mosque and is known to Jews as the Temple Mount.
