Salman Khan's 2002 Hit & Run Case has had a dramatic judgement as all T.V Channels have been banned to show anything related to this case. Salman's lawyer Gaurav Joshi, argued that allegations would influence and prejudice the outcome of the case. He gave several instances of the 'offending allegations' levelled in the programme against the plaintiff.
