Mahesh Bhatt handovered his award for movie 'saaransh' to the director of movie 'CityLights' Hansal Mehta for his excellent work for the film Citylights. On This ocassion Raj Kumar Rao, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Vidya Balan, Patralekha & more celebs were present. Mahesh Bhatt is so much impressed with the work of Hansal Mehta in the film that is produced by Mehesh Bhatt. Earlier last year also Hanshal Mehta has won Best Director national award for his film Shahid.
