"I don't Know." "I'm not sure." "My boss isn't here." "That's not my department." "I'll get back to you." These are the most common answers I get from Mississauga city staff, and I hate it. It's time to clean house at city hall, which includes firings, retraining, testing and more firing.

I have always been in management, and I have no problem identifying the good, the bad, the lazy and the exceptional. The exceptional advance, the lazy and the bad are out the door. The good get training to be better and we only rehire the positions that are NOT redundant

Yes, some people who are no longer making money for nothing will be upset with me, but that's why you're going to elect me: because I will make those decisions quickly and effectively.

You are all as tired as I am with the waste that the city performs on an hourly basis, and I am going to fix it: FAST!
