Because of the rave reviews all over the Internet, I ordered this, first from zzounds, then from American Musical Supply. I returned the one I got from zzounds because it had a very loose/wobbly neck pickup. Also the E and A strings buzzed a lot even though the action was already very high for me.
I thought it was just an unlucky chance. I ordered again from American Musical Supply (they gave me $599 price which was a $100 less than that of zzounds). When I received and opened the case, I could not believe what I saw! THe headstock was totally broken and separated from the neck, and the bridge was separated from the body! I posted an image on the product page and see for yourself. I mean how could a headstock be broken inside a hard case?

This was shipped from Nevada to California. It was hard for me to believe that it broke during transit. The hard case did not have any dent and the packaging box did not have any sign of abuse. My conclusion was that the guitar was broken even before shipping and whoever prepared this for shipping did not bother to check.
