The French papers pull apart the president's rosy forecast for the French economy. But some economists agree that it could be time for an upswing.

Le Figaro is one of several dailies to take issue with President François Hollande's optimistic forecast of the French economy.  Les Echos is equally sceptical, though some economists have reason to see a light at the end of the tunnel. And Le Parisien recounts the previous occasions on which Hollande made similarly rosy predictions.
