Extremely little is known about this orchestra led by Perley Breed that recorded only four sides in Richmond in 1924 and 1925. Most personnel is unknown, except pianist Newell Chase, banjoist Junie Anderson, trumpet player Warren Hookway and clarinetist Brad Gowans. The vocal is by Frank Cornwell, who also was the band violinist. This great recording was made in 1924.
