In Beijing, a very minor car accident becomes a street drama after a foreigner hit a woman with his electric bicycle. The accident happened on Sunday morning at Chaoyang district in the Chinese capital. The woman fell on the ground after being hit lightly by the electric bike. She clutched the foreigner by his coat and refused to let go.

The foreign man started cursing at the woman in Chinese but the woman cursed back without letting him go. Police finally arrive after the two argued for more than an hour. The woman was sent to hospital and was proved to be injury-free after getting examined. However, she still limped on the ground and claimed that she was experiencing discomfort in her heart.

The two reconciled after the foreign guy paid the woman 1,800 RMB. Video footage of the incident went viral on the Internet. Beijing police says that they will fine the guy for riding an electric bike without a valid license.
