Two real estate agents in northern New Jersey are being sued for turning one of their client's houses into their own personal cathouse. A married couple from Wayne, New Jersey, tasked Coldwell Banker agents Robert Lindsay and Jean-Marie Phelan with selling their spacious home in December of 2011. Unbeknownst to them, the two agents were into each other and apparently needed somewhere to carry out their "sexcapades."
The agents bumped the price of the home above market to keep it just out of reach of prospective buyers. Then they turned it into their own personal pleasure palace.
Ten times over the course of a month, they met in the vacant property to have sex. However, unbeknownst to them, their clients had installed security cameras and got it all on tape.
At first the clients thought it was prowlers bumping uglies in the night, but when they called the cops to investigate, the two agents got caught with their pants down ... literally.
The two adventurous agents are being sued for emotional damage, breach of contract, breaking and entering, and damage to property .
