A new video game called ‘Crackathon’ features Rob Ford maneuvering through clouds of crack smoke.
Diehard gamers certainly have an ample selection when it comes to animated entertainment, but one new game is drastically different than the rest.
The name of the game is ‘Crackathon’. Players get to step into the role of Rob Ford.
For those who are unfamiliar with the Canadian politician, he’s the current mayor of Toronto and is surrounded by a cloud of scrutiny, as photos and videos have surfaced online which feature Ford allegedly smoking crack cocaine.
Hopefully, the title of the new game is starting to make sense. The highlights of ‘Crackathon’ include collecting bottles of alcohol and marijuana leaves. Ford’s character is featured snatching up those things, all while hopping and maneuvering through clouds of crack smoke.
Audio tidbits include the character saying things like ‘Yes, I've bought marijuana’ and ‘probably in a drunken stupor’. The video game version of Ford stomps on reporters who are trying to catch him taking part in less-than-ideal behavior.
He also encounters police officers in the animated journey and denies any wrongdoing. In the end, the sole purpose of the game is to take in as much crack as possible prior to the impeachment process.
The free game was created by two University of Waterloo students.
