The UN has rejected Washington's claims the Syrian government used chemical weapons, saying it wasn't at all convinced. Meanwhile the ''Friends of Syria'' group of nations meeting in Qatar, have defended their efforts to arm rebels. U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry said America will increase political and military support to the Syrian opposition.
