I've had this for several weeks and can attest that this will you're your cellphones and your phablets. It held my HTC Evo 3D (4.3" phone) and my newer Samsung Note 3 (5.7" phone).

The set comes with:
* Mounting Frame
* Suction cup
* Extra chassis

The three pieces is easy to assemble.

Find a secured, clean space and apply the suction cup.
Drop down the phone base.
Squeeze the arm latch (on the right) to release/ open the arms
