Oregon man takes meth, needs 15 cops to stop him from fapping

Meet Andrew Frey, who apparently needed to get his rocks off in a major way after going on a serious crystal meth binge last week.

On the morning of December 23, Frey took several hits of meth and began meandering around Salem, Oregon pestering small business owners and loitering.

First he called upon a locksmith and was shooed away for refusing to pay for services. Then he loitered around at a small gas station and convenience store. A store clerk grew tired of his antics and ushered him away from the property after an hour or two.

All that hanging out must have been a bit of a turn on, so at this point he went a little further down the road and checked into Iggy's bar, a seedy joint down the road.

There, he didn't waste any time at all. He placed himself in a seat at the bar, dropped trou and proceeded to "handle his business" in full view of the staff and customers. The bartender immediately called police.

One officer responded to the scene but found he had to taze Frey to calm him down. The stun treatment only served to anger the suspect, and it was all they could do until enough cops showed up to take him down. Fifteen officers from three different units responded in the end.

Frey was transported to the Marion County Jail. He faces charges of public indecency, resisting arrest and theft.
