Jimmy Fallon and Sarah Palin make a great comedic duo.
Regardless of what you may think about Sarah Palin's political views, she does seem to have good comedic timing.
She appeared on a recent segment of the Tonight Show in which Fallon was fully decked out like Russian president Vladimir Putin.
In a nearly 5 minute long skit, Fallon first set out to remind the audience of how Putin had a conversation with Obama earlier in the week. After hanging up, Putin dialed another confidant, who turned out to be Palin.
There's some connection considering Palin served as the governor of Alaska from 2006 to 2009 and the state was formerly a part of Russia until the US purchased it in 1867.
Putin called her out on predicting that he would invade Ukraine in 2008. In response to her prediction, she said ‘You betcha, Vlad’.
The pretend Putin replied 'I once invaded a country called Youbetchavlad. Anyway, since you so great at guessing my next move, who do you think I should invade next? I’m thinking Finland, Sweden – I hear Jamaica is nice this time of year.’
The pair went back and forth for a bit before busting out instrumental renditions of Despicable Me 2 Tune ‘Happy’. They wrapped up the skit with Alaska-based Palin bringing a bottle of vodka to her Russian neighbor Putin.
