If you have found this video you must be curious to find out if Rapid Mailer is a scam.
If you watch the video you will realise just how great this software is.
If you are using auto responder software like Aweber - the first thing you will notice is the price difference. Where as auto responders charge you a monthly fee regardless if you send any emails - Rapid Mailer is a one-off purchase of $27.
Rapid Mailer Versus Aweber -- Costs?
If you have built up your business to a reasonable size list, say 10,000 subscribers across all of your lists, your Aweber fees will be in the range of $500 a month. It is then FREE to send emails, however, you pay the $500 a month regardless if you send emails to your list.
Rapid Mailer is a plugin that you buy for $27 as a one-off one payment. If you need to send a lot of emails to your list it is probably best to use a 3rd party, such as Amazon SES (£$1 for 10,000 emails) -- if the number of emails you wish to send is smaller than this -- it is cheaper (and very often FREE) to do this through your own website hosting, but you will be restricted to about 500 emails an hour.
Using Rapid Mailer for lists up to 10,000 will therefore be a considerable saving over Aweber.
Rapid Mailer Versus Aweber -- Ease Of Use?
Aweber suffers from offering too much flexibility and therefore setting up an email can be 'fiddly'. They have a 'drag and drop' system for their templates. We have found that often these can look awful when sent or converted to 'text'. We have no doubt that this is user error, rather than a system fault, but never the less we find setting up emails in Aweber time consuming and often with a poor result.
Rapid Mailer is much simpler to use as it uses a format we are more experienced in using, as it uses wordpress editor (like writing a post) . The "subject" is entered in the post 'title' and the content is entered in the main body of the post.
