Dum? Well, except for one or two funny scenes there is absolutely no dum in this mindless, senseless and boring film. It's a shameless attempt to recreate the madness of 'Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro', thus would request film makers to stop attempting in the name of political satire or 'Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro' as it would always end up as a disaster, like it has done even this time.
