The crisis in Egypt and the conflict in Syria have dominated the opening session of the Arab Leage summit in Kuwait. So far Syria's seat has remained empty, but foreign ministers have discussed whether to let the opposition Syrian National Coalition take the seat. A sub-committee is due to decide on the issue before the summit's final session on Wednesday morning. Al Jazeera's Mohamed Vall reports from Kuwait City.
