The Kenyan government says all refugees living in urban areas have been ordered to return to their camps

Citing security concerns, it's trying to end attacks in retaliation for Kenya's intervention in neighbouring Somalia.

There's been a surge in violence since it sent troops to fight the Somali-based Al Shabab group in 2011.
