Still no sign of the missing Malaysia Airlines plane that disappeared mid-flight nearly weeks ago.

The families of the 239 people aboard Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 know nothing about their missing loved ones.

But the search goes on.

The best lead yet, a couple of objects seen floating in the sea, picked out by satellite images five days ago, have not been found.

The objects might have drifted. And while they could be debris, it could also be another false lead.

But they will keep looking more than a thousand kilometers off the Australian coast.

French aviation experts have joined the investigation.

Hishammuddin Hussein, Malaysian Transport Minister, told reporters gathered on Friday in the Malaysian capital on Friday:
“I’ve also been in touch with the French delegation which is led by the French Ambassador to Malaysia and includes the men who led the investigation into Air France 447 crash. They have agreed to assist us with their considerable experience and expertise.”

Meanwhile, the families of missing passengers and crew hold a round-the-clock vigil in a Beijing hotel.

As they cling to the hope that sometime soon, somebody will offer some answers about what happened to their loved ones.
