POISON CONTRAIL CLOUDS OVER ROGUE VALLEY MEDFORD OREGON

Hi, I am Bill Keefer, MlsProVideos.com, former deputy United States Marshal and trained Federal Investigator by the U.S. Justice and U.S. Treasury Department.

The following information and documentation leads me to believe that Oregon and Washington will be in drought, as is California at this very moment in the San Juaquine Valley.

Global warming will turn the West Coast into desert, with Los Angeles and Las Vegas the first to go. In combination of contrails and global warming melting the Icelandic ice flows, the oceans water level will rise. By 2064 our grandchildren will be living in a desert in the west and in a frozen wasteland.

Since September 2013, I have observed numerous (large aircraft) 4 and 5 at a time criss crossing the Rogue Valley skies. Very High altitude flights, easily observed on clear blue skies days. The last observation of a single aircraft I filmed on March 12, 2014 over the city of Phoenix and Medford, flying from East to North West.

Contrails, as most clouds, have a noticeable effect on the radiation balance of the planet. On one hand they reflect solar radiation and thus cool. On the other, they absorb and re-emit infrared radiaton, both upwards and downwards. This tends to cause warming. Right now the best estimates are that the warming effect will dominate and thus contrails will heat the planet by a small amount. This fact shows why the chemtrails idea of U.S. government geoengineering to stop global warming is such nonsense---contrails warm the planet.

NASA scientists have found that cirrus clouds, formed by contrails from aircraft engine exhaust, are capable of increasing average surface temperatures enough to account for a warming trend in the United States that occurred between 1975 and 1994. According to Patrick Minnis, a senior research scientist at NASA’s Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va., there has been a one percent per decade increase in cirrus cloud cover over the United States, likely due to air traffic...
