American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE: AEO) shares fell 6.33 percent to $13.31 percent after the teen-apparel retailer forecast current-quarter earnings below Wall Street estimates.
The Dow Jones industrial average fell 3.20 points, or 0.02 percent, at 16,415.48. The S&P 500 Index was down 0.32 points, or 0.12 percent, at 1,876.92. The Nasdaq Composite Index rose 5.56 points, or 0.13 percent, at 4,340.01.
