The Kochadaiiyaan audio release function seems to have got bigger with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan agreeing to grace the music release event. He will be in Chennai for a few hours this Sunday (March 9). The news has been confirmed by none other than Soundarya Ashwin. The director has said that when she invited Shahrukh Khan, he readily agreed to be part of the audio release function. It goes without saying that Shahrukh Khan is a fan of Rajinikanth. Their friendship has grown by leap and bounds over the years. The Bollywood actor had earlier roped in the Tamil superstar to act in a cameo in his prestigious film Ra.One. The King Khan had also paid his tribute to the Endhiran actor in his next film Chennai Express through the song 'Lungi dance'.

Simran herself clarified and denied the reports. The actress has claimed that she has not given a nod to any movie as of now. In the recent weeks, the rumours on Simran's pairing up with Kamal Hassan had drawn people'e attention considering their past link ups. Earlier, they had worked in films like Pammal K Sambandham and Panchathanthiram. Their back-to-back association had paved way for gossip mongers to speculate that they were in a relationship. However, the forthcoming film starring Kamal Hassan is a remake of Malayalam hit film Drishyam, which featured Mohanlal and Meena in the lead roles. The story of the film was about a happy family's confrontation with a sudden twist of fate and how they react when exposed to the struggling, form the crux of the story. Jeethu Joseph, the creator of Drishyam in Malayalam, is directing the Tamil version too.



After teaming up with Nayantara in forthcoming Tamil flick Sattendru Maaruthu Vaanilai, Simbu is teaming up with an A-list actress again. Well, the actor will be romancing none other than Trisha Krishnan in his next film directed by Selvaraghavan. The buzz says that Selvaraghavan has roped in Trisha Krishnan for the female lead in Simbu starrer next flick. The director has successfully managed to bring Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa jodi together. Their chemistry had worked big time in the blockbuster flick and this factor seems to have made Selva to sign them again. Trisha Krishnan had earlier worked with Selvaraghavan in Telugu film Aadavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule. The upcoming film is yet to be titled and it is produced by Varun Manian on the banner Radiance Media. The director has also signed Yuvan Shankar Raja to compose the music for the flick. The movie will take off in April.
