President Joachim Gauck has visited a village in northern Greece where Nazi forces murdered 86 people during WWII. In the village of Ligiades, he spoke of the atrocities that German forces committed there some 70 years ago and expressed deep sorrow, but once again refused to discuss the possibility of reparation payments to the victims.
