A new UN report details alleged crimes against humanity and war crimes by both sides in the Syrian civil war. The report, which covers the period mid-July last year to mid-January this year, details the plight of more than 250,000 Syrians living under siege across the country. Some of the war crimes committed, the report says, includes murder, rape and the use of children in the hostilities. Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports from Geneva.
