Police in the Netherlands are questioning nine Bulgarians after discovering an illegal cigarette factory in Aalsmeer. The plant is said to have contained more than two million cigarettes, 3600 kilos of processed tobacco and packaging material. Had the haul reached the market, it would have escaped five million euros worth of tax duties.
